hurst
I live in Oakhurst. I was just eating some Cheez-Its and it said they were distributed from Elmhurst, IL. That piqued my curiosity (what doesn't?) so I did some research on "hurst". And it's cool. Here's what I found:

hurstCool, huh? So they call this "Oakhurst" 'cause it's in a grove, or wood or thicket of Oaks. And that's true! There's lots and lots of oak trees around here.
